Indonesia soon to contribute to development of iran oilfields
indonesian President Joko Widodo says Indonesia can presently contribute to development of Ab Teymour and Mansoori oil fields in iran in partnership with Iranian counterparts.
Indonesian official news agency, ANTARA News, reports that Indonesian cabinet had on thursday convened, chaired by Widodo, to study outcome of the Indonesian delegation's visit to iran and india.
Based on the report, Indonesian government eyes contribution to projects for development of Ab Teymour and Mansoori oil fields in iran.
Ab Teymour oil field is in Khouzestan Province, 25 kms west of Ahvaz, lying between Mansoori and Ahvaz oil fields.
Mansoori oil field is in Khouzestan Province, 60 kms southeast of Ahvaz. On the northwest of the field, Ahvaz oil field is located as Ab Teymour oil field is within the west and Shadegan oil field is in the northeast.
The Indonesian president said besides oil, iran and indonesia will cooperate in development of power plants and import of LPG.
He added that in his visit to iran, iran and indonesia conjointly reached agreement on construction of an oil refinery in Indonesia at 5 billion dollars and with the capacity to refine 300,000 barrels of crude oil per day.
